This quote sums up how I felt the other day – wandering around the garden – and seeing how- so much – had suddenly sprung to life.
“The Spring came suddenly – bursting upon the world – as a child bursts into a room – with a laugh and a shout – and hands full of flowers”.
I almost laughed out loud too – as my heart filled with joy – for this time of year – when so much comes into bloom.

It reminded me – that there is a season for everything – even in my own life – times of quiet – when nothing seems to change – and then – suddenly at times – I seem to enter a new season – where new life abounds.
I simply need to remember this quote – “Be be patient with yourself – nothing in nature blooms all year”.
There have been – and always will be those changes – in the seasons of my life – and each season is inevitable – and necessary – but hopefully – those times always culminate – in new growth – and new life – as my life progresses.
As always – nature inspires me – and it always seems to have a lot to say about life.

As I observe those buds that are appearing – seemingly everywhere – I see the journey of life – and love this lesson from nature itself – “From bud to bloom – a reminder that progress is a journey – not just a destination”.
Life continues to move me on – to new seasons – with new buds forming – and new life springing up – even as I grow older. A reminder – that I am still on this journey of life – a constant progress – that so often manages to surprise me – as new blooms and blossoms appear.
And so – I look forward to seeing what blooms next – in my life – and take in the wisdom – that flowers impart – “A flower does not think of competing – with the flower next to it – it just blooms“.

And – I find that so encouraging – I don’t have to be in competition with anyone else – a life lesson that I have learnt along the way.
I don’t even have to feel as though I need to fit in – for in the big picture of life – it’s the individual uniqueness that makes it so iunteresting.
I can be my own individual self – allowing myself to bloom into the person I was always meant to be – and at the same time – embrace my unique path and journey.
Blessings – Lois
